Training as a Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) with Arthur

Three-year new generalist nursing training with the professional qualification "Nursing Specialist" (m/f/d)

In the new generalist nursing training, the previous vocational training in elderly care, health and nursing care, and pediatric nursing will be combined into a generalist training with the professional qualification "Nursing Specialist" (m/f/d).

This enables trainees to care for people of all ages in all care areas (in hospitals, nursing homes, and in their own homes).

After completing the generalist training, it is possible to switch between different areas of nursing care at any time. Due to the automatic recognition of the generalist professional qualification, it is also valid in other EU member states.

Trainees who focus on caring for elderly people will have the option to choose between continuing their generalist training as a Nursing Specialist or specializing in elderly care and obtaining a qualification as a Geriatric Nurse before the final third of their training.

Requirements:

Intermediate school leaving certificate
Secondary school leaving certificate plus a successfully completed vocational training of at least two years or a one-year assistant or helper training in nursing that meets certain conditions
Successfully completed ten years of general education

State-certified Nursing Specialist or Geriatric Nurse
