- Prepare a structured yearly calendar with clear goals for the stewardship program
- Manage gift acknowledgement process and write acknowledgment letters
- Provide reports to donors on the impact of their gifts
- Develop stewardship plans for new funds
- Collaborate with gift officers on grant proposals
- Ensure proper utilization of funds
- Manage donor visits and donor recognition activities
- Assist with office activities and events
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of fundraising experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in independent school fundraising is a plus

Position Description:
As the Advancement and Donor Relations Specialist, you will report to the Director of Development and be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive donor stewardship program. This program aims to build lasting and meaningful relationships between the school and its donors, tracking fund statuses and researching grant opportunities when needed.
