Facility Manager for Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d)
in part-time or full-time employment.


Your tasks:

You and your team ensure timely, flawless, and budget-compliant service delivery.


You are primarily responsible for maintenance cleaning, internal pick-up and delivery services, waste disposal, central bed preparation, and laundry supply.


Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training, preferably as a building cleaner
  • Willingness to work on site
  • Good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form
  • IT skills (MS Office)
  • Organizational talent and cost awareness
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured work
  • Wellgroomed appearance and good interaction with our customers and employees
  • Commitment, flexibility, reliability, and resilience
  • Empathy and team orientation as well as excellent communication skills
  • Class B driver's license
