:Position Summary:
The Wardrobe Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring Team Members are fitted and assigned the correct uniforms with the correct fit while receiving the highest level of service.
The Wardrobe Coordinator will have strong people skills, and are responsible for tracking, scanning, placing uniforms in the LEA system, and issuing temporary loaners.
Position Essential Functions:
- Uniform Distribution & Record Keeping
issue uniforms to Team Members, update uniform records in LEA system, maintain up to date records of Company-issued uniforms, including transfers, status changes, and gaming license information.
- Distribution Garment Reports
Provide accurate distribution garment reports to departments upon request.
- Monitor & Issue Resolution
Check in with Purchasing department when ordered garments are delayed for more than two weeks. Communicate delays, concerns, or issues related to garment orders to Team Members, departments managers and/or CPO.
- Inventory & Reporting
Conduct regular inventories of uniform stock, reconcile uniform-related invoices.
- Uniform Repairs & Alterations
Perform basic uniform repairs including sewing and garment alterations, to ensure uniform functionality and appearance.
- Laundry Management
Sort and log laundry being sent to cleaners, ensuring proper care and handling of uniforms.
- Invoice Accuracy
Review rental invoices for accuracy and promptly communicates any discrepancies to Purchasing and CPO.
- Database Management
Enter uniform and garment orders in the Stratton Warren database and keep files up to date.
- Spot Auditing
Conduct mandatory spot audits at least once a month to ensure compliance and accuracy in uniform management process.
Requirements:
Work Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in wardrobe coordinator, seamstress or related role is a plus but not required.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish Required.
License / Certifications:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
Clean driving record
Competencies and Annual Requirements:
Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
Basic sewing and alterations skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with various departments and Team Members.
Knowledge of uniform-related regulations and policies that may vary depending on the department/entity.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
