- Maintains and repairs camera, surveillance, and access control systems.
- Conducts testing, preventative maintenance, and technical support for security systems.
- Designs and configures new security systems.
- Trains users on system procedures and coordinates installations with vendors.
- Conducts Security Threat Vulnerability Assessments and ensures compliance with industry regulations.
- Provides technical expertise and support for security projects.
- Manages inventory lists and ensures adherence to safety and company policies.
- Basic knowledge of IT network infrastructure and IP network components.
- Familiarity with security policies, NERC reliability standards, and FERC standards of conduct.
- Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, develop relationships, and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel.

Serves as project manager for new electronic security system installations to ensure compliance with security laws and regulations.
