We are currently seeking a full-time
IT Technical Analyst.

The Information Technology Analyst position is responsible for providing technical support and training to personal computer and PC network users.

This position assists users in resolving problems with their PC's using available hardware and software tools and engages users in determining potential future computer requirements.

The Information Technology Analyst supports, installs, and maintains personal computers, local area networks, server hardware, operating systems, software, and related IT peripherals.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent technical training; Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
Minimum six years of experience in the Information Technology/PC technology field.
This fulltime nonexempt position will be working in the corporate office of MPTF as well as in other MPTF facilities as needed
