Receptionist/ Office Assistant**
Position Description:An ideal Receptionist/Office Assistant is a motivated self-starter that is eager to assist our external and internal customers to the best of their ability.
Office Location:
- Office located at 7600 North 16th Street, Suite 140 Phoenix, AZ Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department with a professional demeanor Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized and welcoming. Handle and log incoming deliveries, including preparing packages and arranging shipments. Assist with office management responsibilities
- Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder when needed; prioritizing costeffectiveness and spending
- Manage office break room and supplies; also ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of break room appliances
- Assist with sorting and distributing mail; including maintaining the postage meter
- Assist with maintaining the overall office by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors
- Partner to ensure efficient office operations. Provide administrative support as needed, such as calendaring, scheduling meetings, expense reports, travel arrangements, and special projects
- Assist with the organization and execution of office events, meetings, and conferences; including arranging catering and securing meeting room spaces;
- Maintain employee and department directories
- Working professionally with team members to ensure all duties are completed correctly, in a timely manner, and without conflict.
- Complying with company, state, and federal healthcare guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Excellent social skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Advanced technical skills
- Initiative, a proactive approach, strong collaboration flexibility and excellent problem solving
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Suite office
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 23 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Punctual with strong attendance history
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Available Shifts:
FULL TIME
- Monday
- Friday 85pm
