Monday-Thursday, 8AM-8PM with flexibility, Fridays 8AM-5PM

Position Highlights

  • We assist families with complex dynamics—the work we do can have a lasting impact on the generations to come
  • Once fully trained you will be able to create your own schedule and manage your caseload.
  • Every day provides a new experience, we provide home services and telehealth. Typically some evening hours are required to assist families with home visits.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carries an average caseload of 10 families receiving intervention, and average 4 months maximum length of service per family.
  • Completes PSS initial Assessment within the first 2 visits and other model specific assessments per model requirements.
  • Provide Level 4 Standard Triple P and Level 4 Teen Triple P curriculum interventions per model fidelity lasting 1016 sessions of 12 hours per session.
  • Provide Circle of Security Parenting intervention lasting 1016 sessions of 12 hours per session or if provided as a group lasting 810 sessions.
  • Provide case management services consistent with the Wraparound philosophy by assisting the family with identifying and prioritizing family needs, navigating and using community resources, creating a family budget, selecting and providing substitute caregivers, linking to traditional and nontraditional services and support systems, and identifying and using public and/or alternative transportation methods.
  • Provide crisis planning to anticipate potential crisis situations and assistance.
  • Collaboration with the DCF worker by maintaining frequent contact for open DCF cases regarding the family's progress.
  • Attend Permanency Team meetings held for any inhome or outof home cases.
  • Participate in supervision and peer support meetings as required by the model.
  • Works a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the caregivers and includes evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Demonstrates competency in agerelated or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:
BA in human services or a related field is required.


Experience:
Direct experience working with children and families. Preference will be given to individuals who have done home-based work with families.


Licensure/Certification/Registration:
None


Training:
Preference will be given to individuals who are already trained in Triple P and/or Circle of Security

COMPENSATION:

$19.11/hour min. $26.75/hour max., dependent upon experience.

  • Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or signon incentives. (Please note, for parttime positions this range would be prorated based on hours worked)
