What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?

  • Assist with daily administration of medication to residents, including selfadministration.
  • Keep charting documentation current and report resident status changes.
  • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies. Keep medication files and medical records current and up to date.
  • Provide compassionate care, engagement, companionship, and support with activities of daily living to the residents in a team setting as needed.
  • Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state is a plus.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
