Description

KELLER is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

As a part of our team, you will engage in the process of catering to our current base of 2,000 business clients. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Leading a small team will also be part of your role.

You will become an expert in training team members under your guidance and work towards the role of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills using our established systems.

This position offers a weekly salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client base effectively.
Explore new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B sector.
Supervise team activities and monitor results.
Train and mentor incoming team members on the existing systems.
Provide daily reports on field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership.

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
