Responsibilities

  • You manage the inventory of assigned rental properties
  • You handle tasks in the areas of rental and management
  • You are responsible for selecting tenants and finalizing contracts
  • You provide support for tenants and rental properties until termination or change of tenants
  • You commission and oversee maintenance and repair work
Profile

  • You have completed training as a real estate clerk, property and housing management clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • You have practical knowledge of computer applications
  • You have good knowledge of German
