Wellbound Certified Home Health Agency is seeking reliable Full

  • Time Intake Coordinator to assist with the overall daily functions of the Intake Department. Supportive staff and 1:1 paid training with the supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • This position will report to the Director of Intake
  • Proactively coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill mission and objectives of the job
  • Assist with insurance authorizations and data entry
  • Disenroll from manage care plans
  • Follow up on any insurance related issues
  • Follow up on referral leads
  • Verify Medicare and Medicaid Eligibility
  • Input new patients into EMR (HCHB)

Qualifications

  • Documentation of COVID19 vaccination or a valid medical exemption
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Up to 1 years of experience with Insurance preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work and interact with employees at all levels
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks successfully
  • Highly professional and able to always maintain confidentiality and discretion

Office Hours
Monday-Friday

8:30am-5pm


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
