Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive customer and property management
Ensuring timely and flawless service delivery in accordance with the service specifications while adhering to time, wage, and material requirements
Management, deployment planning, and supervision of employees
Recruitment in cooperation with our HR department
Preparation of payroll
Instruction and training of deployed employees (occupational safety)
Maintenance and independent expansion of existing contracts
Establishment of new properties while adhering to budget requirements
