- Bachelor's degree preferred, or completed coursework towards a degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field; professional experience may substitute for formal education at the discretion of the hiring manager.
- GCDF or related certification is preferred, but not required.
- Two years of working with people with barriers to employment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Workforce One database preferred, but not required.
- Able to work with and related effectively to people from a variety of socioeconomic, racial, faith-based, and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Sensitivity towards issues that affect a person's ability to obtain and retain education and employment.
- Detail oriented; able to work independently and prioritize work.
- Expertise in case noting and participant file management.
- Expertise in data tracking and program reporting.
- High technological aptitude and ability to incorporate technology into program operations.
- Ability and desire to travel to connect with employers and participants.
- Ability to make in-person presentations to stakeholders and community groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary:
This position will provide case management, data entry, marketing, outreach, and coordination services for participants looking to get into Career Pathways programs funded by DEED and other sources.
