Key Responsibilities:
- Create hiring processes, from preparing job descriptions to posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory security trainings and maintain compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records for company activities including reviews, training, and employee data.
- Support the creation and execution of HR initiatives and systems that promote company values.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to all staff.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure a smooth introduction of new hires to the company culture and processes.
- Create training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and professional growth.
- Assist in the facilitation of performance management processes to maintain a highperformance culture.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data, in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions regularly to verify legal compliance.
- Assist employees with benefitsrelated inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Computer literacy with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in problemsolving and negotiation.
- A commitment to ethical behavior and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

$60, $85,000.00 per year
