We're looking for a
Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team in our
Melbourne office.

Ensure proper classification and payment of accounts payable and expense reimbursements.

Responsibilities:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process account payable checks, including invoice verification and obtaining appropriate approval signatures.
  • Process employee expense accounts and issue payments.
  • Monitor and process certain overhead accounts including corporate credit cards.
  • Reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers.
  • Perform other duties as the supervisor deems necessary.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • High School degree or equivalent with 4 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping or related work experience.
  • Associates Degree with 2 years of similar related experience.
  • Experience in automated accounting systems required (Deltek products preferred)
  • Experience with creating/managing electronic workflows (preferred)
  • Demonstrated technical skill set may be substituted for years of experience.
