    Description

    Job Overview:


    The automation equipment engineer will be responsible for maintenance and management of Wafer automation equipment at the QCELLS's factory in Cartersville.

    This includes improvements for all automation.

    The equipment specialist will be a key member of the equipment team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for tasks related to automation maintenance.
    • Automation machine operation rates must be kept high.
    • Installation of new equipment and management of related installation companies.
    • Automation improvement project progress and management.
    • Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operation of automation.
    • Manage the inventory and usage of spare parts for equipment.
    • Write and present documents as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering, human resources or related fields.
    • Maintenance and improvement of process automation or logistics automation for more than 3 years.
    • Industry experience related to mobile robots (AMR or AGV).
    • Electrical and mechanical license holders.
    • Experience in carrying out automation improvement projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Automation failure analysis abilities.
    • Automation maintenance management experience.
    • Project management skills.
    • AMR operation management and maintenance.
    • ACS operation management and maintenance.
    • Ability to understand process automation.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Korean or Chinese language skills.
