    Product Owner

    Large Banking Client

    Duration: 12-18 months - potential to extend and or convert

    Locations: Charlotte, NC / Addison, TX / Denver, CO, and Chicago, IL - HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 Remote)

    Top Requirements:

    1. 5+ yrs of experience as a Product Owner
    2. Large Industry Experience - banking preferred
    3. Has had experience running projects – help prioritize the work and prioritize the right stakeholders to engage
    4. Understands JIRA– how to create queries in Jira (can teach this though)
    5. Business Analysis Background, Project Management Background, or Scrum Master Background is also helpful.
    6. Knows how to write requirements.
    7. Experience drawing diagrams – needs to be able to ask the right questions to uncover how to draw out these process flow diagrams
    8. Powerpoint, Confluence, Visio experience

    Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

    This person would be joining a Large program within our client's Information/cyber security space. There are 13 different projects in the program. They have Product Owners aligned to each of the work efforts. Need to build a capability that connects all these applications. Pulling in data from each, but also automating the steps/functions (Orchestrations and workflows). The product owner will work with the Tech Lead who is doing the automation. The Product Owner in this position will organize the teams, interview and understand requirements, collect the information (Requirements), have to document those, and manage day to day tasks, so that each of the tech leads that are building/working on the requirements know what/when they need to do the tasks. This group does work in an agile environment and SAFe experience is preferred.

    Security experience will also be a plus and help with the stakeholder conversations. The customers in this case are are the operations teams.
