    divh2Claims Concierge/h2pAs a Claims Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during their claims journey.

    Youll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience by managing claim intake calls, responding to inquiries, and executing essential claims processing tasks.

    This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

    /li/ulpstrongClaims Processing Support/strong/pulliAccurately and efficiently process:
    /liulliFoundational claims (e.g., glass, towing)./liliInvoice submissions and recoveries./liliProperty vendor assignments and loss prevention benefits./liliPolice report ordering./liliInbound and outbound mail./li/ulliPost recoveries and manage documentation in claims systems./liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims handling./li/ulpstrongAdministrative Project Support/strong/pulliMaintain organized records and contribute to process improvements.

    /li/ulpWhat you need to have:

    /pulliStrong communication skills, both verbal and written/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment/liliProficiency in claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite/liliHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information/liliMust be able to obtain property and casualty adjuster licenses for all states that require a license within 6 months/li/ulpWhat makes you stand out:/pulliBachelors degree preferred but not required/liliPrior experience in insurance claims or customer service/lipAdditional Company Details/ppWe do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting agencies or firms.
