Job Summary:
The Business Office Manager oversees and administers the community accounting systems and human resource functions,- perform administer oversee community accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable collections accounts payable management reports
- accounts receivable duties include but are not limited to preparing sending resident billing statements tracking daily census making bank deposits daily changes indicated updated addendums processing refunds credits etc
- facilitates collections coordinates resident move in move out transfer documentation works corporate ensure aspects resident billing payment rent rent increases other related charges submitted timely standard
