- Professional license in the field of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- 3 years of progressive experience in a special education setting
- Customer service experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Passion for supporting students with special education needs
- Create and review service provider schedules
- Schedule all related services and evaluations
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards as well as state and federal regulatory requirements
- Supervise Hope Learning Center employees across multiple locations
- Conduct annual performance reviews to foster development and improvement from employees
- Work with multidisciplinary team members to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for their students and improve service delivery
- Ability to communicate information to students, parents, colleagues and 3rd parties effectively, and to timely monitor and report on developments
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team

School Services Director - Occupational and Physical Therapy
Core Tasks of the School Services Coordinator-Occupational and Physical Therapy: Will be responsible for overseeing and managing Hope's school based services processes and school partner relationships, developing and organizing Hope's services, and coordinating services for school partners,students, and families.
