Call Center Agent


Reports To:
Call Center Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assists with scheduling Medical appointments.
  • Answers telephone in pleasant manner and deals with customer needs expeditiously.
  • Provides any necessary and related instructions/directions.
  • Updates patient information as necessary.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality with all patient information.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:


  • EHR experience,
    NextGen (Preferred)
  • Must be familiar with medical terminology
  • Bilingual is
    strongly preferred (Spanish/English):
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Must be organized
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be able to handle a high call volume;
    call center experience is a plus:
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Must be a hardworking and self sufficient
  • Have the ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrate Empathy with callers

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
