Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with scheduling Medical appointments.
- Answers telephone in pleasant manner and deals with customer needs expeditiously.
- Provides any necessary and related instructions/directions.
- Updates patient information as necessary.
- Maintains patient confidentiality with all patient information.
- Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
- Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- EHR experience,
NextGen (Preferred) - Must be familiar with medical terminology
- Bilingual is
strongly preferred (Spanish/English): - Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must be organized
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to handle a high call volume;
call center experience is a plus: - Must have the ability to multitask
- Must be a hardworking and self sufficient
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate Empathy with callers

$ $20.00 per hour
