Summary of Position:

  • Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supervising the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed, as well as supporting the Executive Chef and Culinary Director in all aspects of food cost and labor cost control. The Chef de Cuisine should assume command and manage all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. He/she should have accurate knife skills, the ability to read, write and follow recipes, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and company standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requested
  • At least 4 years cooking in a highvolume kitchen, with at least 1 of those years in a management or supervisory role
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google Suite (sheets, docs, gmail, etc) and working with POS systems is required
  • Selfmotivated, inspiring, positive attitude and eager for growth.
