Your future. What to expect
- Assuming administrative tasks as part of program management for a Liebherr group-wide IT strategy
- Supporting project managers in project initiation
- Independent management, monitoring and implementation of smaller IT projects and sub-projects
- Participation in the further development of project management standards, templates and processes
- Performing support tasks such as risk management and reporting in the PMO for Liebherr IT-Services
- Assisting with administrative tasks of the Head of PMO
- Responsibility for general administrative and organizational tasks within the PMO
- Organizing and leading workshops and meetings to promote information exchange and strategic development
- Implementing current trends and best practices in project management
Your profile. What you bring
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in project management or related areas, ideally in the IT sector
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in creating presentations and protocols
