Your future. What to expect

  • Assuming administrative tasks as part of program management for a Liebherr group-wide IT strategy
  • Supporting project managers in project initiation
  • Independent management, monitoring and implementation of smaller IT projects and sub-projects
  • Participation in the further development of project management standards, templates and processes
  • Performing support tasks such as risk management and reporting in the PMO for Liebherr IT-Services
  • Assisting with administrative tasks of the Head of PMO
  • Responsibility for general administrative and organizational tasks within the PMO
  • Organizing and leading workshops and meetings to promote information exchange and strategic development
  • Implementing current trends and best practices in project management

Your profile. What you bring

  • Completed degree in business administration, engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in project management or related areas, ideally in the IT sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in creating presentations and protocols
