Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manager for in home care services to oversee the daily operations of in-home care as well as help grow with our company


Duties:


  • Provide support for care to clients
  • Assess and manage care plans for clients
  • Connect caregivers with families in need of care by doing in person meet and greets and ensuring good partnerships
  • Develop your team by posting for caregiving positions, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Manage clients' accounts by watching accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of client information
  • Familiarize themselves with the Christian Servants Home Care ethics and beliefs to effectively present our services to referral providers

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is beneficial
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks

Job Type:

Pay:
$15, $80,000.00 per year
