"Join us and make a difference As a Bachelor of Engineering in the General Industrial Engineering program with a focus on Digital Transformation, you can expect diverse and future-oriented tasks within our company. You will be involved in (digital) transformation processes in our production plants and large-scale facilities, both in a specialized department and in cross-functional projects. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas, combining your technical, business, and IT knowledge, such as project, asset, and product management, or business controlling. This provides a wealth of challenges and room for creative solutions.

During your studies at the Dual University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim, you will acquire the necessary theoretical foundations.

After the basic studies, which cover traditional subjects in engineering, business, and selected IT topics, you will specialize in the field of Digital Transformation.

Modules such as project and quality management, as well as personal skills, are also part of the curriculum.

In the practical phases at Linde, you will apply the theory in various areas.

Working on concrete solutions, you will gain insight into how companies function and what it takes to successfully implement your ideas in a team with others.

The program lasts for 3 years (6 semesters).
