What can you expect?

Identification of waste and improvement potential on the shop floor
Representation of the Operational Excellence team in a production area
Support of the project manager in cross-functional optimization projects through analysis, documentation and creation of presentations
Conducting value stream and productivity analyses
KPI-oriented implementation of optimization measures
Assuming tasks in the area of data analysis and research
Participation in shop floor meetings and gemba walks
Practical implementation of Lean methods such as 6S audits, setup workshops, etc.
Preparing, moderating and following up on workshops and trainings
