Description

We are looking for a young inspired/physically capable associate to help us achieve maximum customer satisfaction from start to finish.

• Unload all semis.
• Understanding how purchase orders work and follow direction
• Label and put product away.
• Assemble displays.
• Cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
• Take used/damaged mattress and furniture to the dump.
• Box truck operation/pick up truck operation
• Clean driving record
• Greet customers as they arrive/ learn a basic walk back.
• Write receipts.
• Have an active count of inventory for sales personnel on a daily/weekly basis.
• Look for more effective ways to improve how product is stored and moved around the back areas.
• Learn furniture repairs/warranty work.
• Complete deliveries and ensure delivery log is correct. If money is collected during delivery, make sure it is documented and put in the cash bag.
• Inspect all pieces before having customer sign off on deliveries/pick ups to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with sales as needed to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Learn basic sales and customer service skills
• Assist with other locations as needed with transportation of product.
