Job summary

The Weld Department Coordinator provides advanced technical expertise and leadership within the welding and fabrication departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provides flexible production support across the Body Fabrication, Pump Assembly, and Parts Welding departments to help meet daily and long-term production goals.
  • Serves as a technical resource and mentor by training, qualifying, and supporting welders in proper techniques, equipment setup, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Coordinates daily welding schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of projects.
