Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
  • Ensure efficient cash register operations and accurate cash handling procedures
  • Implement effective budgeting strategies to maximize profitability
  • Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory control, and manage product displays
  • Drive retail sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products
  • Supervise wireless sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions and track sales data
  • Manage staff performance, provide training, and address any issues that arise

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in auto shop management within a retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and budget management
  • Proficiency in inventory control, stock management, and merchandising techniques
  • Previous experience in automotive repair, with a focus on fleet mechanics
  • Ability to conduct interviews, hire staff, and provide training as needed
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Pay:
From $100,000.00 per year
