Specialized Internal Sales Team (AZ)
This is an internal sales position with higher standards and higher commissions, specifically designed for "above and beyond" performers.
The Roles
- Setters: Field-based. Door to Door, assigned to specific Arizona neighborhoods to qualify homeowners and schedule energy consultations. The prospectors.
- Closers: Results-based. Attend scheduled consultations to perform audits and finalize agreements. Goal is to move homeowners to a fixed-rate model. The experienced closers ready to do everything to close deals assigned by others.
- Self-Gen: Hybrid role. You manage your own prospecting and territory to generate, qualify, and close your own energy deals. The full cycle Icons ready to take action and close there own deals start to finish.
Performance Standards
- Target Ratio: 2-3 appointments set = 1 deal closed.
- Pay Structure:
- Setter: 50% of deal.
- Closer: 50% of deal.
- Self-Gen: 100% of deal.
Requirements
- 1 week available to be trained.
- Prepared to take on and remember professional script/pitch.
- Based/located in the Arizona market.
- Car or transportation recommended not fully required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60, $110,000.00 per year
