To ensure continued growth, a dynamic and communicative individual has the opportunity for a career as the Head of Product Development & Industrial Engineering (all genders) at the Nuremberg location in the Pump Technology division.


Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and improvement of products throughout the entire development process
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of 3 employees in product development and industrial engineering
  • Identification of manufacturing problems and implementation of measures, as well as the development and implementation of new production technologies/methods
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the interfaces of production, product management, development, logistics, quality assurance, and sales
  • Introduction and further development of processes in the value stream, quality standards, and technologies
  • Cost and budget responsibility, as well as planning and coordination of development resources
  • Point of contact for customers and sales for all technical inquiries

Your profile

  • Completed degree in production/process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in product development, preferably in the pump system industry
  • Experience in planning and optimizing production processes
  • Industry, market, and product knowledge in the field of rotating equipment/pumps is desirable
  • Experience in leading small teams is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Convincing, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
