Gameday Your Way is an expanding events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun and engaging experiences for our clients.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our Delivery and Setup Team for an upcoming alumni event.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and setup of event equipment and materials, contributing to the overall success of the event.
Key Responsibilities:
*Pickup catering and supplies form local restaurants and deliver to a pre-determined event site *Assist in the setup of catering at event sites *Assist with the setup and arrangement of event spaces, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other items as needed. *Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of setup tasks. *Communicate effectively with event organizers and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise during setup. *Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. *Provide assistance with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces once the event concludes.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in event setup preferred but not required. *Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members to achieve common goals. *Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and guests. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules and deadlines.
Shift:
- 2-4 hours per shift Afternoon and Evening shifts available each day

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Fridays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $17.50/hour.
