Texas Textile Services has an excellent opportunity for a Production Supervisor. In this position, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the production department. The Production Supervisor must implement budgets, policies, and goals in order to ensure highest productivity in a safe environment.

Below are some of the essential job functions for the Production Supervisor:

Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Communicate issues with production equipment with Engineering staff.
Ensuring products meet quality standards.
Manage payroll of production department assigned.
Hire, train, and develop production team.
Planning a production schedule.
Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.

Requirements for Production Supervisor:

Knowledge of performance evaluation.
Understanding of safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decisionmaking skills
