    Description
    We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our small and dynamic team. At Imago we're dedicated to shaping the future of education and the workforce.

    We believe in the power of learning to transform lives and are committed to creating engaging, practical, curriculum about careers, soft skills, work skills, and more.

    You'll be an instrumental part of our Sales & Marketing initiatives by designing, implementing and managing robust marketing campaigns.

    This is a full-time and on-site role. Compensation is based on experience and there's a tremendous opportunity for growth.


    Your primary responsibilities:
    Develop engaging and effective content (product landing pages, web, newsletters, blogs, etc.)
    Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    Support the creation of traditional marketing materials, such as product spec sheets, advertisements, new product introductions and presentations.
    Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
    Organize and attend trade shows and thought leadership events.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
    Assist in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
    2+ years experience in marketing
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong organization and project management skills
    Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM management tools.
    Can work collaboratively and independently
    Creative mindset and embrace chaos/uncertainty
    Open to feedback, deconstruction, slash, and burn
    Design in Adobe, Wordpress and SEO optimization is a plus
