We are hiring all levels of Project Managers, junior to seasoned. This position is responsible for multiple remodeling construction projects from beginning through to completion.

This position will be the main contact with the customer, oversee our construction crews, projected hours, scheduling of crews, coordinating of sub-contractors, delivery schedules, purchases, review budget goals, setting standards, hold accountability, and providing leadership.

Senior Level Experience: - 7 years in remodeling or construction project management.

Junior Level Experience: - 5 years in residential remodeling project management

• Leadership: Strong team leadership and communication skills.

Schedule Management:
Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of remodeling & new construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Contract Management: Experience in negotiation and subcontractor management.
• Customer Focus Relationships: Commitment to quality work and excellent client service.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to predict and resolve project challenges.
• Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in safety regulations and protocols.
• Project Management Software: Proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Chief Architect Software a plus.

Pay:
$45, $85,000.00 per year
