Little Walnut Village, NM is currently seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) with a focus on start-up consulting and initiatives to join our team at the Stabsstelle 80 - Struktur- und Wirtschaftsförderung (Department 80 - Structural and Economic Development) as soon as possible.

Your future tasks will include:

Organizing the certified StarterCenter NRW as a point of contact for founders in the Euskirchen district
Independent and confident consulting for founders and entrepreneurs
Developing and implementing new startup initiatives, in cooperation with partners in the district and region
Moderating and coordinating working groups
Establishing and supporting regional networks
Assisting with public relations and event organization
Representing the Euskirchen district in relevant regional operational committees
Supporting the implementation of the Sustainable Business Ideas Factory project
Participating in crossdepartmental processes and topics of districtwide and regional economic development
Continuing and implementing the "Social Entrepreneurship" concept

We expect from you:

Completed university degree in economic geography, economics, or a related discipline, with a focus on the tasks of economic development
Professional experience in business consulting
Preferably, experience in promoting founders and entrepreneurs
Independent and goaloriented thinking and working, with a strong ability to implement
Creativity, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
Teamwork and communication skills
Confident appearance
