Job Description:

Trek Bicycle is a global leader in innovative bicycles and cycling accessories.

We are currently seeking a Workshop Employee %) for our Trek Bicycle Berlin Mitte location.


About the role:
As a Workshop Employee, you can focus on what you love most - working on bikes without any interruptions. Your service advisor or Technical Manager will handle the intake and take care of the rest. It's everything you've always wanted, right?


Your main responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of work order tickets from the POS work order queue
  • Performing services within the agreed timeframe
  • Execution of all service workshop packages, from basic to comprehensive
  • Customer service on bikes, including:
  • Replacing cables and housings; adjusting/repairing gear shifts; adjusting/repairing brakes; replacing/repairing switches; replacing chains, cassettes, handlebar tape/grips; wheel truing; suspension overhaul; cleaning the drivetrain; disc brakes and fenders; inspect
