- Board and Annual Meetings
- Field Experience
- Planning and Management of Capital projects
- Negotiating with vendors
- Drafting memos and mailings
- Coordinating with building staff
- Knowledge of building systems
- Budgeting
Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year
