Job Summary:

We are a fast growing Plumbing Construction Company seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Position Hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm. Applicant will be expected to present themselves in a professional manner and be punctual.


Duties:


  • Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage 100 accounting software.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare conference room for meetings.
  • Filing Forms/Documents (Electronic & Hard Copies)

Required Skills:


  • Data Entry with high level of accuracy.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience working in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines.
  • Strong file management skills for organizing documents efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Construction Industry.
  • Bookkeeping / Accounting Experience.

Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
