About the Team:
The Design Team at Bally's Interactive North America Marketing is dedicated to creative development and design excellence. They create end-to-end brand experiences across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and seamless collaboration within the team and broader Marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

Interpreting briefs to create original designs and content
Collaborating with requestors and Design Managers to enhance the vision
Adhering to brand guidelines
Working proficiently in digital and print design
Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Requirements:

Ability to create appealing designs for target audiences
Meet deadlines with precision
Attention to detail and passion for design
Awareness of the digital landscape
Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to experiment and learn

Experience Needed:

3+ years in design for brands or agencies
Portfolio showcasing diverse visual work
Familiarity with sports and gaming is a plus
Understanding of HTML/CSS

Equal Opportunities:
