    The Role: Sales Analyst

    As a Sales Analyst, you will collaborate with commercial teams to drive business profitability. Engage in sales forecasting, revenue estimates, and coordinate plans for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. Analyze results, trends, and assist in future actions related to forecasts.

    This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with finance, sales, marketing, and other business leaders while having flexibility in working remotely.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assess pricing levels and flag conflicts/opportunities
    • Provide recurring customer opportunity reports
    • Review customer contract terms for sales improvement
    • Manage Price Governance submissions
    • Develop customer scorecards and facilitate meetings
    • Analyze key sales metrics and provide support to departments
    • Collaborate with Operations on labor effectiveness and budgeting
    • Analyze commercial/sales metrics and suggest improvements
    • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 3+ years of professional experience, distribution, and e-commerce background preferred

    Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
    • Proficient in Excel and financial software applications
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
