We are looking for a reliable, skilled caretaker / all-round handyman in full-time for the Elmwood, WI district.


Responsibilities:
Performing minor repairs and maintenance work.

Technical maintenance of properties/buildings.

Handyman tasks (small repairs, etc.).

Scheduling of craftsmen and maintenance companies. Monitoring and acceptance of outsourced services.

Outdoor renovation, painting, wallpapering, and flooring work.

General caretaker tasks such as inspections, changing light bulbs, replacing door handles and signs, etc.

Courier trips.


Qualifications:
Ideally, a completed vocational training in a trade.

Handyman skills and technical understanding of equipment and their use.

Communication skills and organizational talent.

Willingness to work with modern, digital media.

Driver's license class B.

Reliability, sense of responsibility, and a strong service mindset.

Physical resilience, commitment, and flexibility in work.
