We provide paid training, a vehicle, company shirts, chemicals and equipment.

We are looking for a tech that can become part of our team

What we are looking for:

No experience necessary... Will train right individual.
A person's person with great communication skills and a positive attitude
Attention to detail.
Can do person, and be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers.

Must be 21 or older
Have a clean driving license and Min 3 years as a licensed driver. Our Insurance does check.
Psychically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to work outside in the heat
Excellent time keeper
Clean cut appearance.
Own transportation to and from work. (Ride from mom, or significant other, Uber or bus is not reliable transportation )

Typical work day is 7 am -5 pm (weather permitting ) must be flexibleday ends when route is complete. "Training days usually run longer"

Currently Hiring for 3 techs

4 Day Work Week Tuesday

Friday... 3 Day weekends Yay.

40 Hrs per week - Overtime available

Starting pay at $15 hr $16hr after training

More based on experience.

Yearly raises based on performance

:

Pool Service Technician is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools for customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Follow up and service maintenance accounts using an assigned pickup truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools.
Complete Customer records in App
Monitor and control individual inventory.
Maintain pool maintenance route.
Operate different filter systems and operations.
Follow proper pool maintenance procedures set by company.

This is an outside job. It is hot in the summer and physically demanding...

Pay:

$ $20.00 per hour
