- Training schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm for 4 to 5 weeks.
- Schedule upon training completion will be Tuesday-Friday 11pm-9:30am with an additional on-call duty of 5 hours on Saturday.
- CCNA certification or higher required
- Strong typing ability is required
- Follows proper phone etiquette procedures and email processes
- Precision and accuracy with variable monitoring systems
- Organized with ability to multi-task
- Quickly responds to problem/critical situations
- Accurate and timely communication/interaction internal and external at all levels
- Takes initiative to seek resolutions

- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
