- Aramsco recently embarked on building a national network of distribution centers across the United States. The first location near Philadelphia, PA is underway and needs to be managed to completion in Q3 of 2024
- The 2nd distribution center will be located near Lakeland, FL. Site selection is underway, and the plan is for the distribution center to be live Q1 of 2025 and will be primarily managed by this Project Leader
- As the distribution center strategy shifts, the stocking strategy will need to be developed and executed across the new DCs and existing branch network
- This Project Leader will need to collaborate and help manage the decision-making process with the replenishment team, sales team, and regional leaders
- Attention to Detail: The ideal candidate will be meticulous about the critical details for special projects and be highly organized.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate what is needed from each team member to achieve success
- Time Management: The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills to ensure project completion within established deadlines. This involves prioritizing project tasks, effectively allocating resources, and managing task dependencies while helping team members optimize their workflow
- Relevant Industry and Functional Experience: The ideal candidate will work or will have worked in distribution/industrials/consumer businesses with relevant overlap to Aramsco. Also a preference for team members with network or distribution center experience previously.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader to manage and drive results within our high-priority supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. The candidate will be expected to coordinate resourcing, build relationships across functional leaders, and collaborate with 3rd party contractors/consultants. As a project leader in our organization, you will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes. To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
