Project Engineering Department Administrative Assistant (This is not a remote position)

S 34th St. Phoenix, AZ

This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives.

You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers.

Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

This role supports several executives and a large team in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Plan complex travel
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Manage supplies and other indirect purchases
  • Share information with admin assistants
  • Coordinate employee engagement events
  • Coordinate employee recognition
  • Assist in onboarding new hires
  • Extract data from Honeywell tools as requested
  • Work with excel spreadsheet, schedule meetings via "Teams", and create PowerPoint decks

  • High School Diploma

  • Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Some administrative assistant experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
