Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule manpower
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete, pavers, and masonry construciton
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
