The Bühnenhaus Hamburg GmbH was founded in 2008.

The team at the Hamburg headquarters supports over 80 professional dressers and textile cleaners at five theaters throughout Germany.

As a growing company, we are constantly looking for new employees.


We are currently seeking a Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Dresser Department at the Stuttgart STAGE Musical Theaters Apollo Theater and Palladium Theater, starting as soon as possible on a part-time basis hours/week).


Responsibilities:
The Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) supports the Team Leader within the team.

The Team Leader (m/f/d) is in constant communication with superiors to relay information, discuss goals, and coordinate and plan tasks and processes both internally (office) and externally (behind the stage) - in this role, you will assist the Team Leader.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring work processes
  • Supervising rehearsals and promotions, both inside and outside the theater
  • Serving as a dresser during shows and rehearsals
  • Organizing work, personnel, and recruitment
  • Ensuring smooth operations behind the stage and in the office


As a dresser, you will be responsible for dressing the performers for the show and assisting with costume changes during the performance.

You will also be responsible for caring for the costumes and making minor repairs.

  • Checking costumes after the show
