We are urgently looking to hire experienced Lead HVAC Installers to join our team You will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems for both commercial and residential clients while leading an installation crew, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering great customer service.
LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
Job Description
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Startup and troubleshooting new systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Install Sheetmetal Ductwork
Lead new construction Rough - start to finish
Lead an installation crew and delegate tasks appropriately
Train, mentor, and develop junior installers and apprentices
Manage workflow to ensure timely project completion
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum of 5-6 Years Experience with Residential or Commercial HVAC install and service
Commercial Refrigeration a plus - not required
Experience in all aspects of HVAC installations - Replacements, New Construction, Renovations, Retrofits
Experience with installations of heating & air conditioning systems, ductwork, and ductless systems
Must be organized and highly detail oriented
Excellent communication skills required
EPA certified – Preferred
Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
Must have clean and valid Driver's License
Must have own tools
